Aims and Objectives/Expected Outcomes
The programme extends the knowledge obtained at advanced diploma level and concentrates on providing students with the additional knowledge, skills and techniques required for the efficient management of hotel & catering operations
Target Students/Admission Requirements
Applicants should have attained one of the following entry qualifications:
a) The Diploma in Hospitality Management
b) Any qualification equivalent to the above

1. Hotel & Catering Law
2. Accounting, Purchasing & Cost Control
3. The Human Resource in Hospitality
4. Hospitality Management
5. Marketing for Hospitality & Tourism
Structure
Classroom training: 12 months (Theory & Practical)
Total Training Duration: 12 months Total
Full time students: 1 years ;
Daily lessons (Mondays to Fridays); Classroom - 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m.
